Competition Upon
Invitation
The construction volume derives from the original building structure
and
creates a clear continuation of the town-planning model. An
urban relation-
ship to the Warteckhof A is created through the
perimeter block development
on the Fisherweg path.
The modern row houses on several levels that either have a garden
or roof
terrace, set new standards in the realm of dense villa
construction. The
gardens (11 m deep) set in front of the row houses
on the calm Alemannen
path (residential street) form an additional
green belt. Due to the generous
expansion the residential street
acquires a distinctive, up-graded value;
inhabitants enjoy their
